ONLINE ION ANALYZER
The pXG-2085S/P online ion analyzer is an integrated system that consolidates ion-selective electrodes, a smart online ion analysis module, and a dedicated water circulation circuit into a single compact unit. This integration enables centralized monitoring, real-time data acquisition, and unified management of multiple ionic species in aqueous solutions, including ?F? (fluoride)?, ?Cl? (chloride)?, ?Ca?? (calcium)?, ?NO?? (nitrate)?, ?NH?? (ammonium)?, and ?K? (potassium)?.
Each ion is measured using a dedicated ion-selective electrode optimized for specificity and long-term stability, allowing simultaneous or selective monitoring based on application needs. The system supports fully automated online analysis, secure remote data transmission via standardized protocols, relational database integration for long-term data storage and retrieval, and on-demand calibration—thereby enhancing operational efficiency, data traceability, and analytical reliability in water quality monitoring applications.
The fluidic subsystem incorporates our company’s latest proprietary constant-flow analysis technology, which minimizes sample consumption while ensuring high temporal resolution and measurement. Upon introduction of a small-volume water sample, the ion-selective sensor delivers instantaneous, high-fidelity ionic concentration readings; moreover, the system supports seamless digital connectivity to central control systems or supervisory computers via industry-standard communication interfaces (e.g., Modbus TCP, RS485).
