Product Overview
- Product overview
Product Features
- The BOQU PH5806/VP is a high-temperature, hygienic pH sensor designed for in-line water and process measurements. It covers the full pH scale (0.0–14.0) with ±0.1 pH accuracy, supports temperatures up to 130°C, and withstands pressures up to about 6 bar (0.6 MPa). Available in multiple insertion lengths (12 mm × 120/150/225/325 mm) with PT1000 temperature compensation and VP cable connection.

Product Advantages
- Engineered for CIP/SIP and aseptic environments: heat-resistant gel dielectric and solid-dielectric double liquid junction. Options for liquid, gel or polymer reference solutions. FDA-compliant sanitary design. Built for direct use in high-temperature sterilization (up to 130°C) and high-pressure installations in tanks and reactors. Low maintenance and compatible replacement with major brands (e.g., METTLER TOLEDO, Hamilton).
Application Scenarios
- Product value
- Provides reliable, continuous pH measurement under aggressive thermal and pressure conditions, minimizing downtime during in-situ cleaning and sterilization. Meets regulatory and hygienic requirements for sensitive industries, extends service life through selectable reference systems, and delivers a cost-effective alternative to more expensive competitor sensors.
- Product advantages
- Independently developed with proprietary IP and supported by BOQU’s high-temperature laboratory. High thermal and pressure tolerance, hygienic and sanitary construction (FDA), low maintenance (no extra dielectric needed), flexible reference-solution choices for optimal accuracy and longevity, and direct drop-in replacement capability for leading brand electrodes.
- Application scenarios
- Designed for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and vaccine production, food and beverage processing, fermentation tanks, starch paste production, and other chemical or biochemical reactors and tanks where in-situ cleaning/sterilization (CIP/SIP), high temperatures and fast media transitions occur.
